		<description>Pete,&lt;br/&gt;I couldn't help but laugh at the opening...&lt;br/&gt;"In Great engineerin resumes, suggestions were made...." at the typo where the 'g' was left off 'engineerin'.  Isn't one of the tenets of writting great resumes to get the spelling rite?  ;-)&lt;br/&gt;Cheers,&lt;br/&gt;Gary</description>
